2 day course for competent and motivated carers who are willing to help others. This course entails fresh ideas to improve the level of assessment when undertaking the care certificate. Day 1 will focus on developing a strategy to deliver the care certificate for your organisation, examining how to support competency based-assessment and utilising paperwork that supports assessment. Day 2 will focus on meeting quality assurance to ensure competent assessment of the care certificate.
