Health & Wellbeing Lincolnshire System Services Update

In response to the pandemic and the impact this placed on the health and wellbeing of individuals, the Lincolnshire system implemented access to helplines for all health and social care organisations in March 2020.

We have now streamlined those helpline services to one central place to access wellbeing support. This means we can continue to provide emotional and mental health support as well as general advice on staff wellbeing and health conditions for all health and social care staff in Lincolnshire.

If appropriate you will be offered a comprehensive assessment of your emotional wellbeing needs and then if necessary be referred for treatment from the relevant mental health service that best fits your needs.

All NHS and social care staff will be prioritised for treatment. Please be assured that our service is completely confidential and is not part of any wider mental health or GP service. No one will know you have spoken to us unless you tell them yourself.

The Staff Wellbeing Hub will continue to be facilitated by the LPFT Staff Wellbeing Service and can be reached by calling 01522 518609 between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
