18 – 24 May is Dementia Action Week!
Led by Alzheimer’s Society, this week is about raising awareness of dementia by bringing communities together, improving knowledge and sharing stories.
We have created a Dementia Action Week page on Connect to Support Lincolnshire containing information on dementia and local Dementia Friendly Communities, and details of events taking place across the county during Dementia Action Week. Using information provided by partners we have also listed services and resources available to those living with and impacted by dementia.
