Senior figures from Lincolnshire County Council, NHS Lincolnshire and the Lincoln Medical School will all be taking part in the annual LinCA Conference next month alongside contributions from The Chief Nurse for Adult Social Care and the Chief Nursing Officer.

Tickets are now available for this unmissable event, which takes place on Thursday 17th July 2025 at Bishop Grosseteste University in Lincoln.

All LinCA members receive two FREE tickets, and lunch will be provided.

Among the guest speakers will be:

  • Martin Samuels, Executive Director of Adult Care and Community Wellbeing, Lincolnshire County Council
  • Dr Sunil Hindocha, Medical Director, NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board
  • Professor Jamie Reed, Dean of the Lincoln Medical School and Professor of Medical Education

The conference will also feature remote interviews with Deborah Sturdy, Chief Nurse for Adult Social Care, and Duncan Barton, Chief Nursing Officer.

There will be panel discussions, an exhibitor marketplace and workshops on quality and regulation, workforce, cybersecurity, and funding.

Meanwhile the keynote seminar will discuss the adult social care workforce landscape and changing employment trends in the sector.
