CareLineLive’s integration of GP Connect
CareLineLive is one of only a handful of home care management software providers that now offers integration with GP Connect.
GP Connect is a program implemented by NHS England to facilitate seamless sharing of patient information between different healthcare systems. By allowing health and care professionals to access and share patient records electronically, GP Connect aims to enhance the quality and efficiency of care delivery.
This integration is one of the criteria for the new standards for providers on the NHSx Digital Social Care Records assured supplier list. CareLineLive was first accredited as an assured supplier in 2023 and is one of the first software suppliers to meet the new requirements for 2024.
CareLineLive’s seamless integration with GP Connect provides access to a service user’s GP record. Authorised health and social care workers can use it to access their patient’s GP records, such as problems and issues, allergies and adverse reactions, medications, and more.
