This is the foundation and provides a whole home solution to the foundations of wellbeing through e-Learning. There are 10 modules within this bundle and includes:
- Access to a suite of CPD Certified 10 e-Learning titles for all staff within the home
- Integrated online wellbeing assessment
- Tailored wellbeing report
- Unlimited learning pathways
- Access to PCS learn LMS and a full suite of reporting tools.
The Wellness Essentials Bundle includes:
- Bringing the 5 ways of Wellbeing to life - this 30-minute e-learning course will help you explore wellbeing and its significance in enhancing overall quality of life.
- The Principle of a Whole Home Approach to Wellbeing - in this 30 minute e-learning course you will explore the significant impact of staff job roles on individual’s lives and how they contribute to improving quality of life.

The Exercise Bundle
This bundle is for those who want to upskill their wellbeing teams in specific exercise programmes. The bundle is targeted at Wellbeing Leads and Activity Co-ordinators and is focused on training staff on to deliver exercise sessions.
The Wellness Essentials Bundle includes:
- Planning and Delivering Exercise Sessions - a 55 minute e-learning course that has been designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the physical, emotional and socials changes associated with aging.
- Leading Exercise - a 6-hour face to face workshop that will give you guidance on how to plan and deliver seated exercise sessions.
- Strength Exercise to Prevent Falls - a 3-hour face to face workshop that will give you the knowledge and skill you need to run exercise sessions to build individual strength, with a view to helping prevent falls.

The Leadership Bundle
The bundle includes 12 face-to-face workshops and is targeted and focused on leadership development towards wellbeing delivery. These courses would be suitable for those in management/leadership roles who hold a focus on wellbeing.
The Leadership Bundle includes:
- Celebrating and Evidencing Success - a 4-hour face to face workshop that will support professionals with knowledge and skills necessary to cultivate a culture of recognition, appreciation, and evidence-based practices with their care setting.
- Managing Stress and Anxiety for staff - a 4-hour face to face workshop. Participants will gain insights into the nature of stress and anxiety, their impacts on individual and organisational wellbeing, and strategies for building emotional and cognitive resilience.
