It's Safeguarding Adults Week—an opportunity for organisations to spotlight crucial safeguarding issues and promote best practice.
This week is all about raising awareness and emphasising the importance of safeguarding. It aims to promote safeguarding best practice with a view to how organisations can safeguard themselves and others.
We thought we'd take a moment to let you know how CareLineLive promotes safeguarding. Our suite of features - including care planning, eMAR and incident reporting - creates multiple layers of protection for vulnerable individuals and care staff.
Our rostering feature alerts managers of any late or missed calls and also instantly notifies carers of any rota updates through our Carer Companion app.
In addition, carers can observe health and well-being observations through the app and report any concerns directly to managers who can see alerts in real time displayed in the management portal.
The Care Circle feature keeps family and advocates informed and allows access to vital information for key stakeholders including emergency services.
