We launched the Lincolnshire Care Awards at our annual conference last week. The awards celebrate their 10th anniversary this year and we’re looking for nominations to recognise those outstanding individuals who go the extra mile.

Whether it’s a colleague, manager, support worker, or volunteer, now’s your chance to say thank you and celebrate the amazing contribution they make to adult social care across Lincolnshire.

The Care Awards are an excellent way to show your managers, staff, and colleagues that their hard work does not go unnoticed and to recognise the huge difference they make to the lives of those they support every day.

We are looking to recognise individuals who are truly exceptional in their role, not simply those who have had the strongest nomination written about them. The more evidence and examples you can provide, the better the judging panel can understand the impact that person has on those around them.
