A big thank you to everyone who came to our annual conference in Sleaford yesterday (15th July) and helped to make the event such a great success.

We heard interesting talks by Councillor Steve Clegg and Martin Samuels from Lincolnshire County Council, an honest update on the Care Quality Commission from Deputy Director Greg Rielly, and bite-sized presentations from Skills for Care, the Royal College of Nursing and Unison.

In the afternoon we enjoyed some useful workshops on workforce reform, cyber resilience and nursing, and of course our exhibitors were on hand to talk to delegates about the wide range of services they offer.

Thanks also to Melvyn Prior for being an excellent conference host as usual.
