A big thank you to everyone who attended the 2025 Lincolnshire Care Awards at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln last night!

Without our sponsors, presenters, guest judges, finalists, and the behind‑the‑scenes team, we simply wouldn’t be able to deliver such an amazing event. Your dedication, support, and commitment make all the difference – so a heartfelt thank you from all of us.

It was an honour to witness the outstanding work happening across Lincolnshire, much of which often goes unseen. We are truly inspired by the passion and care shown within our community.

A special mention must go to Barry Earnshaw, our previous Chair, who received the Chair’s Special Recognition Award from our current Chair Melanie Weatherley MBE. In future this award will be renamed the Barry Earnshaw award.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to our 10th anniversary awards next year. Nominations for the 2026 Care Awards will open at the LinCA Conference on 15th July 2026.
